Tooker Guestbook

Sorry Folks!

We have to shut the Tooker Guestbook down for a while, some "I have no life" Jerks have been messing it up...

Mr Great Grandfather was Joseph Tooker b June 30, 1925 in Connecticut and died in Minnesota on September 4, 1894. He was married to Elizabeth Van der Bogart in New York in 1850. My Grandmother was born in Carthage, Jefferson, New York in 1865. Does anyone have info about this family? I have names of others in the family.

Prior to reading this web-site, I thought I was the only one to really be "blessed" with such a wonderful last name. It's intresting to actually hear from realtives I know of and those who I don't. Who would've known there would be a "Tooker Family Web-Page" full of genealogy and comments from other Tookers. Write back to my e-mail address!

I am surprised to see so many Tooker's and Tucker's out there. I have both names in my family (possibly a bad thing). Not many people in my family have kept up with a family tree; however, I am interested in trying to fill one in over time. In the mean time, my immediate tree (in brief) is: "Tucker" - Roy Tucker (my grandfather on mothers side). "Tooker" - Harry Tooker, Keith Tooker, Keneth Tooker, Don Tooker (my father and uncles). If anyone out here recognizes any of that as part of their tree and can offer me any information... or if you need information... please don't hesitate to contact me. I know most of my mothers (Tucker) side of the family and can get a good deal of my fathers (Tooker) side of the family. I suppose I will have to start looking in to organizing what I know and start researching my family tree.

Wow, I didn't know there were so many tookers out there. Just happened to come across it. Don't know much about our family tree, but will call mom and find out and report back. Maybe we have some relatives we don't know about.
