I recently came across a Joseph Tucker/Tooker who was in prison in 1819. He was freed that year after beeing convicted of grand larseny in Seneca NY. He was 25 yrs old and stood 6foot and 3/4 inches tall. I have been looking for info on my gggg-grandfather. His name was Joseph A. Tucker and he married Jeanette Byam in NY.
